1. What equipment do I need? Do I need a special camera?

All you need is a digital camera and a computer that is connected to the internet. That’s it. Nothing else is needed. In terms of a camera, any camera good enough to create your MLS photos is good enough to create images for VirtuallyShow. You may want to consider shooting your photos using a wide angle lens. A wide angle lens captures more of a scene from left to right than a camera without a wide angle lens.

2. What size should my photos be?

The ideal size for our photos is 800 pixels wide by 600 pixels high. Almost any camera can capture that many pixels.

3. How can I edit my existing show?

Please login to VirtuallyShow from the home page. You will have access to edit any of your shows through our Edit and manage area.

4. Can I link my VirtuallyShow Tour to my MLS?

Yes. There are a couple of ways that you can do this. First, a majority of MLS systems allow you to copy and paste a virtual tour link into your listing. Second, we have built in an automatic MLS posting module into our system for those MLS boards that allow for automatic posting. In addition we also supply an MLS/IDX compliant link with every tour.

5. Can I link my VirtuallyShow Tour to Realtor.com?

Yes. We are an authorized Picture Path Partner of Realtor.com, which allows us to post your show directly to Realtor.com. The cost for posting the tour is $25 per show that you decide to post to Realtor.com. You do not have to post your show to Realtor.com, but studies have shown that a real estate listing on Realtor.com with a Virtual Tour link receives 40% more exposure than those without.

6. Do you have any tips on using VirtuallyShow to sell more houses and capture more sellers?

Yes. There are a number of ways to leverage VirtuallyShow to make more money. Please read over our Marketing area for a complete discussion on this.

7. OK, so I’ve taken the photos and am ready to send you my photos, what do I do now?

Great! All you need to do is login and click on either of the Create a Show links/buttons. It is very simple to do. If you are at all familiar with uploading your photos to the MLS, you can upload your photos through our simple click and browse system.

8. Do I have to wait to get my VirtuallyShow links?

No. The links are generated instantly and remain active as long as you are a member of VirtuallyShow.
